Restoring iTunes subscriptions

If you are subscribed through iTunes Relix app, please follow the steps below.


1) Go to the Subscription section in the top left Menu

2) Tap on "Already subscribed via Relix app? Restore" present at the bottom of the screen

3) On the next screen, you need to sign-up for a new account on the Relix app

Signing up with the app will record your subscription details with us and will help expedite troubleshooting any subscription related issues in the future. This will also be helpful in accessing subscription across devices or operating systems.

4)  After completing sign-up, the app will verify your subscription with Apple and on successful verification, display the days remaining in the current subscription. If auto-restore does not work, you may need to tap, on the "Already subscribed via Relix app? Restore" again.
