How to cancel subscription ( Web & In-app subscription )

To disable the auto-renewal option and cancel the subscription, follow the below instructions:

A. If you subscribed through website :
Visit the web storefront and sign in with your existing email ID and password.
Click on Account >> Subscription
Click on Cancel Auto-Renewal
Type CANCEL on confirmation box to cancel the Auto renewal.

B. If you subscribed through the App store or Play store :

Google Play Store :
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
Tap Menu. Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.

Apple Appstore:
Start by going to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted.
Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.

You will be able to continue the current subscription even if you unsubscribe or disable the auto renewal.
